    Three session lengths. 30 minute, 60 minute and by far the most popular 45 minutes.

  • Do I need to be a member of Changes Health and Fitness Centre to be trained by you?

    No.

  • What type of training do you offer?

    Strength training, Boxing fitness training, Cardio training, HIIT Training, Hypertrophy, Weight loss, Recovery training, Sports specific.

  • Do you offer nutritional advice?

    Yes. Good nutrition is the backbone of every fitness goal. At SweetFit, we will guide you and monitor your nutrition and offer ongoing advice.

  • Can you write me a gym program?

    Yes most definitely. Discuss with your trainer.

  • Is there a cost involved?

    In most cases yes. Discuss with your trainer.

  • Do you offer Fitness Assessments?

    Yes. As part of your ongoing Personal Training, assessments are conducted to chart progress.
