  • How much do you charge?

  • What session lengths do you offer?

    Three session lengths. 30 minute, 60 minute and by far the most popular 45 minutes.

  • Do I need to be a member of Dans Gym to be trained by you?

    No you don’t. But be aware you will like training there so much that you will probably join up.

  • What type of training do you offer?

    I specialise in Strength/Hypertrophy training, Rehabilitation, Boxing fitness training and Weight loss. However, I also offer the SweetFit BRUT-CAMP, if you’re up to it, as well as all forms of Cardio, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Training, Toning, Recovery training, and Sports specific.

  • Do you offer nutritional advice?

    Yes absolutely! Good nutrition is the foundation of EVERY fitness goal. At SweetFit, we will guide you and monitor your nutrition and offer ongoing advice and understanding of Food Choices, Macro Nutrients, Calories etc

  • Can you write me a gym program?

  • Is there a cost involved?

    In most cases yes.

  • Do you offer Fitness Assessments?

    Yes. As part of your ongoing Personal Training, assessments are conducted to chart progress. We monitor body fat, weight, physical measurements, BMI, blood pressure in some cases and resting heart rate.
